An address in Boulogne. A team in front of you.
Boulogne-Billancourt, on a quiet street four minutes from the metro. A place designed for settling in — a few nights or several months — without ever losing the human contact that makes all the difference.

A building in Boulogne. A street where you can hear the birds.
Twenty-two rooms and studios across six floors, on a residential street in the south of Boulogne-Billancourt. The bakery opens at six, the Bois begins two streets away, the metro is four minutes off. And all the rest of Paris arrives in under twenty-five.
It's neither a classic hotel nor a flat let from afar. It's an aparthotel — which means comfortable rooms on the lower floors, studios with an equipped kitchenette higher up, and the same team downstairs to welcome you, whatever you've come to do in Boulogne.
Our house. For as long as you like.

Our approach
Hospitality first. The rest after.
We start from a simple principle: a good stay is one where you don't think about the hotel. The room is clean, the connection works, the hot water is there, the team knows who you are when you arrive. Your mind is free for whatever you came to do.
“A good stay is one where you don't think about the hotel.”
In practice: being responsive when you write to us. Noting your preferences on the first stay so we don't ask again on the second. Leaving you alone when you want peace. Being there when you need a tip on the neighbourhood, a table booked, a train to catch.
Not a chain. Not an anonymous rental. An open house with a counter and someone behind it.

Our commitments
Three things we hold to.
Three precise commitments. Not three vague values posted on a wall.
Real attentiveness.
Your preferences are noted from the first stay. The team recognises you on the second. We remember your favourite room number, the time you have your coffee, the mattress that suits you. Not a points programme. A hotel's memory.
A team in front of you.
Staffed reception every day. A phone that answers. Free 24/7 access for late arrivals. When you have a question, you speak to someone. When you have a problem, we handle it. That's the simple definition of our job.
We do what we say.
No promise we don't keep. No listing that oversells. The room you see in the photo is the one waiting for you on arrival. The invoice you receive is the one we quoted. Simple, and apparently rare.
The team
A team. Not a chain.

A team at reception, in housekeeping, in maintenance. French-speaking, English-speaking, and more depending on the season. Some have been here for years, others arrived recently — all share the same idea of hospitality.
What we love about this work is that precise moment when a guest arrives tired from a long journey, sets down their bags, asks one or two practical things, and the conversation drifts to the neighbourhood — a good restaurant, what's on in Boulogne tonight, the coffee you have at six in the morning. When you leave, you greet us by name. Maybe you'll come back. We'll remember.
“What we love about this work is that moment when a guest becomes someone we recognise.”
What's left to do.
Three ways to come see us.
